During the quoting stage, I was presented with options and given clear explanations on the pros and cons of each. They went beyond what anyone else did and made recommendations that others overlooked, but made perfect sense to do. The work was completed as scheduled and clean up was thorough. Even after the job was done and paid for, Mike made a point of following up to see if I had any questions or problems. Total professionals! We had a refreshing experience with Rhino-back. From contract to completion, the job scope and work logistics were clear and concise. Each member of the team that we came into contact with was professional, helpful and knowledgable. The project manager fit us into the schedule and went out of his way to make us feel like we were the only clients he had.

Mike and his team did a great job from start to finish. Mike provided a detail overview of what his company does, products used, and warranty's. The project was scheduled in the middle of the winter due to a roof leak. Tim contacted me a few days ahead of the start date to let me know when the dumpster would arrive and when the product would be delivered. Tim and his crew arrived around 8:00 and Tim and I walked around the house and he explained the project process in detail. The project was completed by 3:00 with cleanup. Due to the amount of snow on the ground, they will be sending another cleaning crew out in the spring to do a final clean up of anything that was missed.

After the May 2018 hail storm, we contacted Mike and Lisa at Rhino Back Roofing Our experience was excellent with professionalism and communication way above par. The installation crew was fast, friendly and did an amazing job!

Mike and team recently replaced our roof, a number of skylights and added a rubber roof on a low pitch addition. As we went through the quoting process, Mike outlined various options and came up with some creative solutions that were very competitive on pricing. I'm writing this one month later and the completed work is excellent. The actual install took a day and the team was organized, methodical and very respectful of our property. I highly recommend you consider this business for any of the related services they provide.

The entire experience has been pleasant. Mike was polite and professional. The job was scheduled just a couple of weeks after the contract was signed and they did show up on time. They completed the job in 1 day and cleaned up the yard afterward. The roof looks refresh and neat and the material looks durable. So far I have not complaints.
